What we build

    Commercial fit-out

    Cafés, lounges and offices taken from a bare shell to opening day: structure, services, joinery, finishes, furniture.

    Residential renovation

    Apartments and houses rebuilt room by room: floors, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, lighting.

    As built: Private residence

  3. 03

    Remodelling

    An existing space stripped back and rebuilt to a new plan, keeping the parts worth keeping.

    As built: RAM Aviation offices

  4. 04

    Design and build

    The drawings and the site under one name, so what was drawn is what gets built.

How a job runs

Six stages, in order.

  1. 01

    Survey

    The space measured as it is, not as the old drawings say it is.

  2. 02

    Drawings and price

    A plan, the finishes named, and a price set against them.

  3. 03

    Strip-out and structure

    Back to the shell where it needs to go. Openings cut, walls and ceilings framed.

  4. 04

    First fix

    Electrics, plumbing, ventilation and lighting run and tested while the walls are still open.

  5. 05

    Second fix and finishes

    Plaster, floors, joinery, tiling, sanitaryware, paint. The order matters.

  6. 06

    Handover

    Cleaned, snagged, and handed over ready to use.
